On Proclamation Day in the school, we celebrated the Easter Rebels vision for Ireland by raising our National Flag along with every other school in the country. The ceremony was well-attended by parents, teachers and pupils, members of the Board of Management and two special guests from the Defence Forces. Later in the day, our own proclamation was read aloud at the Ceoilchoirm na Gaeilge.
