In this plan, we set ourselves goals to guide this change. We take feedback from teachers, but also from parents and pupils, that help us shape our targets.
Below, is some of our priorities over the coming three years.
In November, we are making a major push to improve our attendance scores. The teachers will all be keeping track of their class attendance. There will also be prizes for the top class. Individual pupils will have a chance to win prizes for full attendance each week as well. Even parents whose children have full attendance be entered into a draw to win prizes this month.
