No Icons on the Whiteboard
The Problem:
No icons appear on the interactive whiteboard, but the background does.
[/trx_title]This problem is caused when the computer thinks the interactive whiteboard is a second screen BESIDE your laptop, instead of a second screen DUPLICATING your laptop.
This can happen for various reasons, usually relating to automatic settings when the computer detects a second screen being plugged in. Fortunately, there is a very easy fix.
The Solution:
Clone/Duplicate the Screen

Step 2: When the bar expands, click “Project”.
Step 3: You will be presented with options of what arrangement you would like your screens to take. Select “Duplicate”.
Method 2:
[/trx_title]Step 1: Find the function key on your keyboard that shows different screens. (Unfortunately, there is no standard location; it depends on make and model, but it should look something like this photo.)
Step 2: Press and hold the “Fn” button, then press the “Display Button” from Step 1.
